How Is a Cardboard Box Made?
When we receive an order for custom cardboard boxes, we follow a pre-established production flow so that the product reaches the buyer within two weeks. To start with, we order raw materials and tools (this includes paper, steeldie and print plates). After that comes to us, we feed the flexo-machine the paperboard for printing, scoring and cutting. Then we feed the printed and cut board to the gluing machine – this same machine also folds the box in its shape. When it’s done, we pack and dispatch the boxes for delivery.
